Description Assist in execution of accounting functions for Account Payables / Account Receivables.Assist in the preparation of Accounts Payable / Account Receivables reporting and analysis.Assist in cashflow / fund allocation requirement, payment executions, and collection of debts.Assist in preparing the Account Payables / Account Receivables ageing report.Assist in liaising with SSC on the management of vendors/customers, monthly IC Confirmation, vendor balance reconciliation, and other account payables / receivables associated tasks.Assist in handling local and overseas suppliers/customers invoices & resolve all unclear and dispute items to ensure all invoices posted, paid and cleared on time.Assist in payment request, staff claim processing, vendor/customer master data creation, invoices clearing, and resolve all unreconciled items.Assist in asset management related matters including asset creation, capitalization, and tagging.Assist in handling corporate tax filing, Withholding Tax, and compliance.Assist in handling custom duty related matters.Assist in collecting the financial report for the Financial Checks for customers.Assist in handling and monitoring all Non-Trade Related billing and collection.Assist in customer handling, reconciliation, and other associated tasks to accounts receivables.Assist in the action on the timely collection of debts to achieve the department collection target.Assist in the financial reporting preparation in compliance with the IFRS standard.Assist in engaging, coordinating, and managing the discussion with the external auditor to ensure the completeness, timeliness, and high-quality audited financial statement.Assist in month end closing, MIF Reporting, Statutory Reporting, and Flash Report preparation.Assist in performing the internal controls (ICS) for Account Payables, Account Receivables in compliance with company policies.Assist in ad-hoc project handling.Qualifications Degree / Professional Study in Accounting or Finance related study.
