Internship in Sales Department Are you a passionate student who is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or any other relevant major? Are you willing to work full-time for 6 months (8 hours/day & 5 days/week)? Do you want to participate in different projects in the Sales Department? What will you do? In this Sales Order Management Intern role, you will be in charge of order management and reporting. This includes managing orders from dealers, following up with payments and invoicing, managing import documents, and preparing reports as assigned. You will manage the Customer Order Management System, supporting the creation or modification of system users and managing orders in the system. Additionally, you will handle vehicle documents, including managing and storing internal documents and vehicle release sheets. You will also be responsible for the issuance and double-checking of invoices, assisting in preparing and checking product materials. Lastly, you will gather information and analyze the possibilities of individual products in each market segment.
Qualifications To fit into this position, you need to have good Microsoft Office skills; especially, Microsoft Excel skills are highly appreciated. A good command of English will be an advantage for this position.
