Responsibilities:Responsible to maintain the interdisciplinary coordination across the multiple packages, including technological packages, and any other (EPCM) partners (e.g. Bogota and Salta).
Coordinate and define Battery limit points between the multiple scopes and partners.Maintain a battery limit connection file that allows seamless connection between the multiple scopes and areas.Verify the consistency of piping classes across the battery limits between the various scope areas.Verify the consistency and completeness of the electrical and instrumentation connections across the battery limits between the various scope areas.Meet project objectives and design methods to achieve them; develop a thorough understanding of client objectives, contract terms, and corporate policies.Conduct relationships between the work team, management, and the client.Have a solid understanding of interdisciplinary work, interfaces, and sequencing. Be well versed in project setup, instituting work processes, monitoring a team, execution, and closure.Manage interfaces with field and procurement personnel. Monitor constructability, operability, maintenance, and safety reviews.Produce integrated solutions to strategic problems and present recommendations to clients. Solutions are derived from knowledge gained through past experiences and consultation with internal and external resources.Drive innovative solutions, technological advancements, and methods to effectively address out-of-sequence work. Have a good handle on change management.Be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of digital tools for project development and data centrism.Required Experience:15+ years of experience, including 10+ years of relevant project management and interphase management and/or technical experience in EPCM projects. Demonstrated project management experience leading large projects with high-risk elements; EPCM, EPC, including on-site assignments; multicultural/multinational environments.
