Job Summary: The Insurance Renewal Admin at Toyota Butuan is responsible for managing and facilitating the insurance renewal process for customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience. This role demands excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to multitask effectively while handling various administrative duties related to insurance renewals.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the insurance renewal process for existing customers. Prepare and send out renewal notices and reminders to clients. Ensure timely processing of insurance renewals to avoid lapses in coverage. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding insurance renewals. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests related to insurance policies. Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all insurance policies and renewals. Ensure proper documentation and filing of insurance-related paperwork. Monitor and update the insurance database to reflect current policy status. Communicate with insurance providers to verify policy details and resolve issues. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of insurance processes. Provide necessary information and documentation to support insurance claims and inquiries. Assist in preparing reports and summaries related to insurance renewals. Perform general administrative duties to support the insurance department. Utilize Microsoft Office tools for document preparation, data entry, and report generation. Handle multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
