The opportunity We are looking for Instructional Design Managers with expertise in System Implementation/SAP projects to join our team. Your key responsibilities • Collaborate with SAP/Systems Implementation (SI) consultants, developers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and other key stakeholders to identify target audience training needs
• Utilize ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, and other recognized models to design and develop engaging SAP/SI course content and learning activities
• Determine instructional end goals and create supporting material/media for SAP/SI projects (audio, video, simulations, role-plays, games etc)
• Decide on the criteria used to judge learner's performance and develop assessment instruments
• Ensure high quality deliverables are produced for the project by exhaustive internal reviews and obtain excellent feedback from the client and global project counterparts
• Be recognised as a subject matter expert in one or more areas of the SAP/SI domain
• Maintaining and updating the training materials and documentation according to the changes and updates in the SAP system and business requirements
• Effectively communicate and collaborate to build strong relationships with clients and other project team members
• Support development of collaterals, tools, techniques, and methodologies to develop the practice
• Contribute to thought leadership development for the SAP/SI learning domain
To qualify for the role, you must have
• Bachelor's or associate degree with +10 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience and knowledge of SAP systems, modules, and functions, such as SAP FI, SAP HR, SAP MM, S4/HANA etc.
• Knowledge of multiple ERP systems, such as Oracle, Workday etc. is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principles, and branding guidelines
• Impeccable writing skills (grasp and command over English)
• Impeccable MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills
• Ability to articulate design decisions, suggestions and provide creative direction
• Proficiency with one or more course authoring and learning tools: SAP EnableNow, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, WalkMe, Camtasia, Vyond, VideoScribe
• Practical knowledge and experience in instructional design principles
