Responsibilities:Daily site reporting to the Site Manager.Supervise contractor companies adhering to labor safety, quality, manuals, and work instructions.Manage daily on-site issues, reporting, and site work deliverables. Plan and prepare site work rosters and schedules; handle updates in SAP.Coordinate with on-site personnel (Installation Team and Service Technicians) to ensure timely, efficient, and safe work performance.Conduct site inductions for all on-site personnel, subcontractors, and visitors; attend site meetings with the client.Ensure compliance with Quality, OH&S, and Environmental requirements, including reporting and record-keeping.Conduct daily toolbox meetings and work team briefings; manage daily tasks. May also work in turbines as needed.Review and approve timesheets, expense reports, leave requests, overtime requests, and travel requests.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (desirable but not limiting).Availability to travel in Latin America.Service and people management experience in wind industry, heavy machinery, or construction is advantageous.Intermediate level of English (desirable but not limiting).DEIB Statement:At Vestas, we value diversity, equity, and inclusion in driving innovation and success.
