About the Role: Location: Philippines, Fully Remote
What You'll Do: - Influencer Research and Outreach: Identify, research, and reach out to potential influencers who align with our brand's values and target audience.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with influencers, serving as their main point of contact and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative briefs and video ideas, ensuring influencers understand and meet our brand's expectations.
- Campaign Execution: Coordinate the logistics of influencer campaigns, including contracts, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely and high-quality content delivery.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, tracking key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions, and provide regular reports.
- Compliance and Guidelines: Ensure all influencer content complies with brand guidelines and legal requirements, including disclosure regulations.
- Budget Management: Manage the influencer marketing budget, negotiate rates, and ensure campaigns are cost-effective.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for collaborations.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative aspects of campaigns, such as contract management and payment processing.
- Feedback Loop: Gather and utilize feedback from influencers to improve future campaigns and strengthen relationships.
