We are looking for an Influencer Coordinator to join our marketing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our influencer marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement across various social media channels.
The Influencer Coordinator will work closely with the Social Media Manager and Marketing Director to manage influencer relationships, develop content collaborations, and drive engagement.
To succeed in this role, you should be someone who values sales and conversions as the best measure for your work.
Strategists who understand how to sell products through content and video will have a massive advantage in the application for this role.
Responsibilities Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagementIdentify and recruit new influencers that align with the brand's image and target audienceBuild and manage relationships with influencers to foster long-term partnershipsNegotiate and manage contracts with influencers, ensuring that all requirements and deadlines are metDevelop and manage influencer content collaborations, ensuring that all content is on-brand and aligned with the overall marketing strategyCoordinate influencer product collaborations, including the shipping and tracking of products and ensuring timely deliveryMonitor and analyze influencer performance, providing regular reporting and insights to the marketing teamManage influencer budgets and ensure that campaigns are executed within budgetStay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity in influencer marketingRequirements Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketingStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and project management skillsExperience negotiating and managing contracts with influencersKnowledge of social media platforms and influencer marketing trendsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience with influencer marketing platforms and tools is a plusPassion for the latest social media trends and influencersSoft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with influencersStrong communication skills, both written and verbalStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyCreative and innovative thinkerAbility to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environmentDeep understanding of psychology driving "thumb stopper" advertising to grab attention within 3 secondsCulture Great Brands Start With Great People Our culture focuses on performance, integrity, and longevity.
