Replying to emails using the Zendesk ticketing system Ability to handle unresolved questions from customers To ensure satisfactory resolution of various issues Ensuring high service delivery & customer satisfaction levels Required Skills and Experience (add desirable skills if necessary) Strong in spoken & written English, with a clear and confident communication style Problem-solving skills Good knowledge about using a laptop/computer with above-average typing skills.
