About the Role We are looking to hire an experienced Implementation Engineer to work alongside our passionate sales and customer success teams. As an Implementation Engineer, you will be responsible for onboarding and presales activities including technical software demonstrations, responding to RFPs/RFIs, creating proposals to overcome technical problems, creating customized solutions that meet the client's needs, project managing a new client's onboarding process, conducting A/B tests, and providing best practices to help the client generate more revenue.
To ensure success as an Implementation Engineer, you should have an excellent understanding of web and marketing systems, CRMs, web infrastructure, web analytics, data management, compliance, and integration. Additionally, Implementation Engineers are relied upon to work with representatives from varying client-side departments, such as IT, marketing, fundraising, finance, and executive teams, so consultative communication skills and patience are a must. Ultimately, a top-notch Implementation Engineer drives success by creating specialized solutions tailor-made to the customer's needs, thus expediting the onboarding process. An ideal candidate is a problem-solver, autonomous, organized, and motivated individual looking for an opportunity to grow in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Key Responsibilities Actively engage in presales and onboarding activities, ensuring successful implementations and customer satisfaction for large complex enterprise clients. Work closely with sales and customer success teams to develop strategies to drive revenue growth. Collaborate with product teams to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product development. Work closely with other teams, such as Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Support to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects. Develop and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders, including C-level executives. Manage high-stress situations and work under pressure to deliver results, juggling many active implementations simultaneously. Respond to RFPs. Lead A/B tests for customers working with our Analytics team. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in implementation and solutions engineering, technical sales, or a related field at SaaS companies. Strong technical skills, with experience in web infrastructure, web analytics, and data management. CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, and other integration experience). Experience with front-end website development (HTML/CSS). Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced, hyper-growth, and dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to solve complex technical problems creatively. Experience working with international (preferably Eastern European) product and back-end teams is a plus. Demonstrated ability to architect and communicate the optimal solution to prospects, existing customers, and internal team members. Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
