ROLE SUMMARY We are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to join Pfizer's Internal Medicine Team. The ideal candidate will lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. This role requires understanding of digital marketing trends, and some experience managing multi-channel campaigns preferred that align with business goals and compliance requirements. The role benefits from the support of Puerto Rico and US marketing brand teams and the Commercial lead in terms of strategy and tactics. The Digital Marketing Sr Manager will exemplify operational excellence at the country level, infusing customer and marketplace insights into the cross-functional team to inform and sculpt strategy and tactics.
OVERALL, ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Utilize data analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.Manage relationships with external digital agencies, vendors, and platforms to execute and optimize campaigns.Collaborate with customer facing leadership team to help drive alignment with overall brand strategy and incorporation of market feedback, work with customer facing medical, for customer/digital activities/programs to support strong external stakeholder & customer engagement.Continuously measure the impact of marketing initiatives, generating early learning, and driving continuous improvement to achieve budget.Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote pharmaceutical products and services across various digital channels, including social media, search engines, email, and content marketing.Manage and optimize PPC, SEO, SEM, display advertising, and retargeting campaigns to maximize ROI and drive website traffic and conversions.Lead the creation of compelling and compliant digital content, including website content, blog posts, whitepapers, infographics, videos, webinars, and email newsletters.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Medical, Regulatory, Sales) to ensure digital marketing efforts are aligned with brand objectives, messaging, and regulatory guidelines.Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including FDA guidelines, GDPR, and HIPAA.Manage digital marketing budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.Develop relations with key internal and external stakeholders.QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.7+ years of experience in digital marketing, in marketing, project management, or related field - Experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and transform it into actionable insights.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Field Selling and prior marketing experience.Experience with Digital Marketing, Google Analytics, Google Ads, or related fields.Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and its integration with digital marketing activities.Experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies including social media, SEO, and content marketing.Leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a Customer Facing teams, Senior Commercial Leaders.Experience using Trade Programs and Pharmacy POS software.Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance requirements related to digital marketing preferred but not required.PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS The role requires strategic and analytical thinking, creativity and decision-making skills based on Market data, research and insights.
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS This role requires traveling and multiple weekends and off hours engagements for local conventions and congresses within territory. Occasional trips; mainly to the USA (i.e. sales & marketing meetings), POAs, training, etc.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $99,900.00 to $166,500.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 15.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
