The Continuous Improvement Green Belt will execute short to mid-term projects through the use of CI tools and expertise to address critical business needs with the goal of improving business processes, saving cost, and enabling business growth. The Green Belt will identify different options and gain approval and/or support for best alternatives from the Project Sponsor, Deployment Leader, and supervisors/managers who will be engaged in project implementation.Main Responsibilities: Leads/supports CI projects, delivers timely results, tracks improvements, ensures control, and maintains accountability.
Seeks out and quantifies process-improvement opportunities. Assesses/identifies risk to fulfill the defined objectives.
Organizes, plans, reviews, & communicates status of projects managed.
Coaches/mentors assigned White/Yellow Belts.
Trains/mentors project team members in the DMAIC and 7 Step methodologies.
Models operational excellence, visibly demonstrating leadership/change management behaviors.
Networks with internal/external resources to bring best practices to the projects/organization.
Complete all requirements needed for Green Belt certification. Training will be provided by AL CI group

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with minimum 4-5 years of professional experience; or advanced degree with minimum 4-5 years experience Adequate project management work experience required, minimum 1-3 years Strong interpersonal skills; demonstrated skills to influence decision makes and motivate team members Strong analytical skills Excellent verbal/written communication skill is must to train and coach others Advanced skills in Google Suite (preferred) or MS office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Project (is a plus) Self –driven, outcomes oriented performer Proven success initiating changes and ability to influence at all levels of the organization Fluent in local language and capable in English Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree Yellow Belt Trained and Certified Team Leader experience Sound financial acumen (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flows) Fluent in another language (depending on regional requirement) Our Differences make our Performance
