We are looking for a  Human Resources Specialist with focus on payroll.
The position will report to the HR Manager for South America and will be part of a Global HR team.
Qualifications Education/Experience:
- Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Advanced level of English. (MANDATORY)
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience required in payroll plus human resources, talent acquisition and on-boarding knowledge will be desired.
Required Skills:
- Detail-oriented in order to accomplish tasks thoroughly and accurately.
- Reliable; sensitivity and ability to adhere to strict confidentiality.
- Able to organize and prioritize workload, demonstrates logical analysis and problem solving skills.
- Ability to follow-up on pending issues and multi-tasking to meet deadlines.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills required, particularly in Excel & Word.
