Reporting to the Country Manager, this individual manages, plans and monitors the activities inherent to the Human Resources area of the Company, providing support and guiding the team in the development of the work, following the performance indicators of their area, in order to ensure the application of current labor legislation, programs and policies defined by the Company. Act as a Strategic HR Business Partner to the functional groups including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Medical Affairs while working closely with the Regional HR Head as the local subject expert in employment practices. This position interfaces with all employees regarding employee relations issues, salary administration, performance management, organization effectiveness, recruitment, compensation and talent management.
Responsabilidades y atribuciones Manage the Human Resources area to enable the Southern Cone team to execute and achieve business results. Plan, orient and monitor HR activities, such as recruitment, people development and retention issues, guiding people managers in their execution. Support and accompany HR professionals through constant feedback to improve the execution of activities. Serve as a Change Agent and consultant to the Business in support of the Company's vision, mission, values, culture, strategy and initiatives. Lead local execution of business and corporate HR initiatives through effective change Management. Support and accompany people managers through constant coaching and feedback to improve the execution of activities. Conduct recruitment and selection process using the most appropriate method (competency interviews, tests, dynamics, consulting hiring, etc.) to hire professionals. Conduct training for the integration of new professionals through company presentation, as well as rules, policies and Code of Conduct. Manage local employee relations issues, ensure union negotiation execution, partnering with Legal as appropriate. Ensure legal compliance and mitigate the Company's risk by having a good knowledge of relevant Southern Cone labor law and follow agreed processes. May track/monitor necessary data and information. Plan and conduct the Organizational Climate Survey through a specific questionnaire to measure employee satisfaction with the Company as per Global timeline. Support the leaders in the management of people through the development and establishment of policies, guidelines, coaching and feedbacks. Responsible for representing the company in signing contracts, releasing files, and other assignments as determined by power of attorney issued by the company. Responsible for controlling FTE/Outsourced staff. Responsible for all mandatory global HR mandatory training. May perform other duties as assigned. Requisitos y calificaciones University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or another related field. More than 8 years of functional HR Management and business partnering experience. Fluent in English; Portuguese will be a plus! Good Knowledge of local labor law and Unions. Excellent knowledge of Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook). Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills. Ability to respectfully challenge leaders and managers. Effective at balancing being a strategic partner, change agent, administrative expert & employee champion. Good knowledge of SAP/HCM. Informaciones adicionales Que ofrecemos?
