About the role Job Type: Full-time
As a Human Resources Generalist at ROGII, you'll be an integral part of our global team, supporting our dynamic and fast-growing company. You'll bring your expertise in all things HR to ensure we're attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. This role requires someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment and is passionate about making a positive impact on both the people and the business.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding for various roles within the company.Provide HR support to coverage groups across South America (Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Venezuela).Manage employee relations by providing guidance and support on performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive workplace environment.Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, both locally and globally, as applicable to ROGII's operations.Develop and implement succession planning strategies to ensure a strong talent pipeline and the long-term success of the organization.Oversee the administration of employee benefits and compensation, working to ensure our packages remain competitive and comprehensive.Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement talent management strategies, including employee engagement, training, and development programs.Maintain HR records, track key metrics, and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.Contribute to HR initiatives that enhance company culture, such as diversity and inclusion efforts, wellness programs, and employee recognition.Stay current on industry trends and best practices in Human Resources to ensure ROGII remains a leading employer.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources generalist role.Strong knowledge of Canadian employment laws and regulations.Knowledge of U.S. employment laws is considered a valuable asset.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for helping people and fostering a positive work environment.Experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent management.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a technology or Oil & Gas company is a plus.HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CHRP or equivalent) is an asset.Proficiency in the Google product suite.At ROGII, we value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
