About the role: As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in overseeing HR functions, collaborating closely with M&E Management and employees. You will need to be well-versed in various HR practice areas including benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, HR policy, recruiting, and legal compliance.
You're Good at: Developing and implementing HR policies and strategies. Expertise and Knowledge of the Argentine Market. Keeping up-to-date with legal and regulatory requirements. Leading, coaching, and mentoring team members effectively. Providing HR analytics to support business leaders. Enhancing employee engagement and retention. Managing talent acquisition and talent management initiatives. Driving organizational and cultural change. Managing multiple projects and HR services efficiently. You might also have: Experience in managing HR policies, strategies, and environment. Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance. Proven track record in team management and development. Expertise in HR reports, analysis, and employee relations. Skills in employee engagement and talent acquisition. Experience in talent management and change management. Proficiency in program and project management. Ability to oversee HR services and ensure compliance. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 7+ years of experience in Human Resources with 2+ years in a management position. Proficiency in Microsoft applications and business English. Knowledge of applicable labor legislation and willingness to travel for business purposes.
