The Human Resources team develops and executes successful recruiting programs, learning and expertise-development initiatives, strategic staffing assignments, effective reporting and analytics, performance management processes, and work-life benefits and operations.
LEARNING COORDINATOR We seek a Learning Coordinator that will be responsible for supporting the regional learning team and coordinating high-quality learning programs. The role requires demonstrated skill supporting the learning development journey and delivering best-in-class results to cultivate, engage, and develop talent across various levels. The role will partner with stakeholders across the learning team to ensure high quality execution of learning experiences for the Americas Region.
What you'll do: Program and logistics coordination, including scheduling, communicating, and tracking multiple learning events.Ensure learning systems are up to date with accurate data and monitor reports as needed.Partner with multiple teams to manage data and delivery for learning programs and initiatives.Partner with Learning team to help facilitators with all logistical support for their sessions.Troubleshoot and provide high level responsiveness to learners for multiple programs.Curate, edit & compile resources for individual or group learning needs.Ensure program materials are up to date and distribute accordingly.Serve as a producer for virtual live learning events when needed and travel to support in-person events.Gather data from various systems for reporting and evaluation purposes.Collaborate on checklists that will define best practices for ongoing program management of various learning events.Schedule and coordinate the logistics of meetings, including seeking input on agenda management gathering information for before and during discussion & note-taking to summarize key points and action items.What you'll bring: BA/BS degree required with strong academic performance;1-3 years of relevant work experience from either a corporate environment and/or learning team;Demonstrated ability to coordinate large scale learning, development programs or equivalent professional events;Ability to work as part of a team with different levels, geographies, time zones and cultures;Excellent written and verbal communication skills;Self-directed with strong communication and presentation skills;Excellent time management and organizational skills with an ability to multi-task across concurrent projects, switch focus as priorities shift and maintain attention to detail;Strong analytic skills/comfort with data analysis;Sense of humor appreciated!Perks & Benefits: ZS offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health and well-being, financial planning, annual leave, personal growth and professional development.
