We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant with a strong focus on recruiting to join our team and make a meaningful impact by supporting key HR functions and fostering a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.Maintain an updated candidate pipeline.Onboarding:Support the onboarding process for new hires, including requesting and verifying employee documentation.Prepare and send offer letters and offer packages to candidates.HR Administration:Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining accurate employee records, updating HR databases, and handling employee documentation.Ensure accuracy and timeliness in processing employee changes, new joiners, and terminations.Manage the exit process by preparing documentation, sending it to employees, and processing returned documents.Employee Engagement:Assist in organizing events and programs to enhance the employee experience.Support initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and satisfaction.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or advanced student in Labor Relations, Human Resources, or a related discipline.1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on recruiting and talent acquisition.Proficiency in English.Residence in Buenos Aires or surroundings: This ensures support and coverage for events, employee onboarding, and similar activities.In-depth knowledge of local employment laws and their application to HR practices, policies, and programs.Strong attention to detail.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Location:Remote but with residence in Buenos Aires, ArgentinaShift: 8 a.m to 5 p.m. (EST) from Monday to Friday
