Human Resources Analyst

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Human Resources Analyst to join our team.
This person will be responsible for onboarding new employees, performing various administrative tasks, monitoring contracts, managing internal communication, and participating in People and Care activities, among other key responsibilities.
Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new employees.
Perform administrative tasks related to the HR department.
Supervise and follow up on employment contracts.
Facilitate internal communication between different departments.
Participate in People and Care initiatives and activities to promote a positive work environment.
Assist in managing employee benefits and compensation.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
C1 level English (advanced).
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT sector.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
