Job Description: We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources department.
This role is pivotal in driving HR strategies that foster organizational and people development, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands and grievances.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring consistency.
Support business needs through the development and retention of human capital.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system driving high performance.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; propose competitive base and incentive pay programs.

Knowledge & Experience: MBA from HR or a relevant field, from a Tier 1 college Extensive understanding of HR functions, labour law, and best practices.
Minimum 4 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a senior role.
Skills: Proven leadership and people management skills.
Strong knowledge of hiring processes, employee relations, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
Strategic thinking with strong leadership capabilities.
In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
Attitude: Ethical and discreet in handling personnel matters.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Proactive in issue resolution and continuous improvement.
Qualifications: MBA in HR or a related field.
HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR, SPHR) are highly desirable.
