The primary function and purpose of this position is to support Latin America countries in different tasks related to the Recruitment process.The responsabilities of the position are:
Job posting: Intake meeting with Hiring Manager/Local Recruiting team to define the candidate profile, position requirements, responsibilities, recruiting strategy, etc.
Post job in Air Liquide's Career sites (Internal and/or External) + other portals based on each country preferences.
Screening: Review candidates application and resume screening.
Prepare Phone-screen guides based on position requirements.
Phone-screen candidates.
Update candidate feedback & application status.
Prepare and present a shortlist of candidates pre-selected to share with Hiring Manager and/or Local Team.
Interview Scheduling: Secure availability from interviewers by blocking their calendars with Interviews placeholders.
Confirm candidates availability.
Coordinate interview meetings with Interviewers and Interviewee (virtual or in-person based on requirements) by blocking their calendars and sending the Interview confirmation email.
Pre-employment coordination: Based on position requirements coordinate with candidates & vendors the pre-employment exams (Medical, reference check, driving test, etc).
Follow up with candidates to get the corresponding documentation.
Follow up with vendors to get results.
Share results with the corresponding Local Team.
Hire Process: Assist candidates during the Hire process, helping them to upload into the system the necessary documentation if required.
Clarify candidates' doubts regarding the Hire process.
Invoicing: Process invoices for Talent Acquisition services (agencies, medical tests, driving tests, job fairs, etc).
Follow up and work with other BSC teams to ensure payment is done on time.
___________________ Are you a MATCH? Education: Human Resources, Psychology or Business Management degree preferred.
Language Requirements: Intermediate/Advance English language proficiency is required (mandatory).
Intermediate/Advance Portuguese language proficiency is a plus (not mandatory).
Knowledge and Skills: Experience in Recruitment process (+1 year)
Teamwork, Flexibility and Adaptability skills
Oral and written communication skills both in Spanish & English
Continuous improvement mindset for process improvements, automation and standardization
Knowledge of Google Suites (Gmail, Meet, Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc) is a plus.
Knowledge of Oracle is a plus
Knowledge of WorkDay & ServiceNow is a plus
