How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?The HR Sr Analyst reports directly to the HR Supervisor. In collaboration with other HR Analysts, She/He will be responsible for validating Data in the HR system (Workday is a plus), answering or redirecting employees' questions, and supporting the administration of compensations. The Sr. Analyst will be responsible for Brazil Country.
Identify, validate and update data related to compensations in HR System (Workday) ensuring accuracy and alignment with local compensation strategy/definition. Administration of Collective Labor Agreements (CCT), commissions, and their integration with Payroll, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with internal compensation policies in Brazil. Proactive management of SNOW tickets: Efficiently manage ServiceNow tickets providing timely and accurate responses to employees inquiries, ensuring a customer-focused experience aligned with organization objectives. Continuous improvement Culture: Promote a Continuous Improvement mindset by reviewing and optimizing the actual processes, implementing innovative solutions to increase operational efficiency. Effectively escalate complex issues and requests to the relevant HR Business Partner or CoE contacts ensuring appropriate resolution of critical matters. Process documentation accuracy: Develop and update process documentation ensuring workflows are well-defined and easily understandable for all stakeholders involved. Ensure delivery of services in accordance with agreed performance levels (KPI's). Timely and accurate service delivery: Guarantee the timely and accurate delivery of services contributing to the fulfillment of services agreements and driving overall organizational satisfaction. Are you a MATCH?Education and Experience Requirements: College degree related to Human resources, Administration or similar. Knowledge of HR System Solutions, Excel functions, Google G-Suite required. Experience in Payroll / Compensation > 2 years required. Power Bi and metrics analysis experience desirable. Experience working with Brazil in Payroll / compensation is a plus. Language Requirements: English: intermediate proficiency required [B2/C1]. Portuguese: Intermediate proficiency required [B2/C1]. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required: Proven ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships. Highly self-motivated, able to work fairly autonomously with general direction. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven problem-solving ability and successful conflict resolution.
