Job Title: HR Operations Manager
Job Qualification:Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or related field.
Master's degree is a plus.Experience: At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the manpower service provider industry.
Proven experience in managing a team and handling client relationships.Skills: Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR management software.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of local labor laws and industry regulations.Personal Attributes: High level of integrity and professionalism.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Job Description:Job Description: The Operations Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of the manpower service provider.
