Job Title: HR Operations Manager
Job Qualification:Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.Experience: At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the manpower service provider industry. Proven experience in managing a team and handling client relationships.Skills: Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR management software. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of local labor laws and industry regulations.Personal Attributes: High level of integrity and professionalism. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Job Description:Job Description: The Operations Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of the manpower service provider. The role involves ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to clients, maintaining high standards of service quality, and continuously improving operational processes. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for managing staff, liaising with clients, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
