Remitee, a rapidly expanding fintech company specializing in international payments, is seeking a HR Operations Analyst. As an HR Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions and contributing to the overall success of our organization. You will be responsible for assisting with payroll, onboarding, employee relations, and other HR initiatives. Your ability to be proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities: Help maintain and update HR information systems and databases. Support the monthly payroll process. Assist in collecting and analyzing HR data to support reporting and decision-making. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters. Contribute to various HR projects, such as performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and talent acquisition programs. What We're Looking For: 1+ years of experience within HR Operations or a similar role. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Understanding of HR principles and practices. Advanced English proficiency. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience using data analysis tools such as advanced Excel and Power BI to create visualizations and data models. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive and results-oriented approach.
