Your Role as Our HR Onboarding Manager As the HR Onboarding Manager, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming, organized, and inclusive onboarding experience for each new team member, helping them feel connected to Axionova from day one.
Here's how you'll make an impact: On boarding Program Development & Execution - Design and Implement On boarding Programs: Build and manage customized on boarding processes for different departments to ensure smooth transitions.
- Coordinate Orientation Sessions: Plan and lead engaging orientation sessions, giving new hires a clear understanding of our culture, mission, and values.
- Prepare and Update Employee Handbooks: Develop comprehensive onboarding guides, policies, and materials, keeping them up-to-date with company changes.
Employee Engagement & Support - Primary Point of Contact: Act as a welcoming, knowledgeable resource for new employees, addressing all on boarding questions and needs.
- Organize Team Introductions: Ensure new hires are introduced seamlessly to team members and key stakeholders.
- Gather and Implement Feedback: Collect insights from new hires to continually improve the onboarding experience and recommend adjustments where needed.
Documentation & Compliance Management - Documentation Coordination: Ensure proper collection, storage, and maintenance of new employee records, including ID verification, compliance with legal requirements, and benefits enrollment.
- Data Entry and System Updates: Manage accurate and timely updates of new hire information in HR and payroll systems.
Technology & Equipment Setup - Hardware and Software Coordination: Work with IT to arrange timely access to all necessary tools and systems for new hires, from office equipment to project management software.
- Training Schedule Management: Plan and schedule essential training sessions in collaboration with departmental leads.
About You: Our Ideal Candidate Were searching for a dedicated and personable HR professional who brings experience, empathy, and enthusiasm to this role.
Here are the qualities that will make you a successful fit for the HR Onboarding Manager position: - Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven Experience: 5+ years in HR or onboarding roles, with demonstrated success in managing onboarding programs in a corporate setting.
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills: An exceptional communicator with the ability to connect with a diverse range of people, from new hires to executives.
- Organizational Expertise: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple on boarding processes simultaneously.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiar with ATS (applicant tracking systems) and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Independent & Collaborative: Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision, yet thrives in a team-oriented environment.
