Employee Relations Performance Management Training & Development Compliance Policy Development & Implementation Payroll,Benefits & Personnel Administration Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) English proficient Minimum 4 years of experience in a Human Resources role (preferably in a small - medium sizecompany) Strong understanding of HR principles and practices Excellent organizational and time management skills Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently Project management tools, its a plus!
