We make personalised organic meals for high-net-worth individuals (business owners, athletes, celebrities) by sending chefs to their homes to cook bespoke meals according to their unique nutrition requirements. We work alongside nutritionists, personal trainers, and healthcare providers. We value eating clean food, enhancing performance, and improving health through diet.
Role Overview:We are growing our company and need a HR manager to join our team to support chef recruitment and staff recruitment efforts. This is a full-time role as a Human Resource Manager with a strong emphasis on recruitment. You will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts and managing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, interviewing chefs, onboarding staff, creating policies, and helping our company to scale. This is a remote position with the potential for additional responsibilities based on performance.
Key Responsibilities: Hiring and placing chefs (core function of the role)
Onboarding operations for chefs and staff
Hiring and working together with nutritionists
Managing timesheets and payroll
Supporting chefs when they have issues
Hiring and onboarding new staff in general
Interviewing applicants
Building pools of candidates
Managing holidays, staff incentives, and legals
