Hr Manager

- Lead the administration of policies, processes, and programs covering recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, training, employee performance, and labor relations.- Ensure consistency in the application of human resources practices and policies.- Develop new human resources policies, review existing ones, integrate corporate guidelines into the organization, and communicate these changes to the relevant employee populations.- Evaluate key performance indicators to drive functional and business performance improvements related to human resources, recommend actions, and implement changes.Page Group Argentina is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
