Hr Manager

The Role

- Oversee payroll functions, ensuring accuracy in timesheets, processing PTO and overtime requests, and resolving payroll discrepancies.

- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation, schedules, and initial communications are handled smoothly.

- Conduct regular check-ins to evaluate employee satisfaction and address any challenges or concerns.
- Lead investigations into incidents, producing detailed reports and implementing preventive measures.
- Maintain precise records and effective communication channels, including preparing and distributing HR announcements and managing document requests.
