The role: The incumbent directs & manages all activities that relate to creating a culture of continuous learning by providing specific learning solutions that cater to employee development, strengthen individuals, teams & managerial effectiveness. He/she engages with Business stakeholders to diagnose, design & deliver team & organizational effectiveness programs aimed at influencing MBRDI's success, while being accountable for the curation & delivery of Organizational Development initiatives & bespoke/standard Training programmes. Assists in MBRDI's success by enabling coaching & development opportunities at leadership levels, identifies, & addresses capabilities, skills & competency needs of our workforce ensuring a sustainable, successful organisation.

This HR Learning Partner is the 'go to person' for all learning requirements within a specific Business Division. He/she will be accountable for consulting, designing, delivering, measuring & optimizing Leadership & Talent Development initiatives, in conjunction with the team, thereby positively affecting employee engagement & performance. Partnering with the business & working closely with our HRBPs, the incumbent provides deep leadership & talent development subject matter expertise, plays the role of an advocate to balance the developmental needs of the business with those of individuals & is focused on flawless delivery to ensure MBRDI develops, retains & maximizes contributions of its workforce.
What you will do: Build strong relationships across levels within the organization.Demonstrate an understanding of the business context, challenges & opportunities for MBRDI.Work closely with HRBPs & Leaders to identify, diagnose, prioritize talent development needs.Design & deliver innovative, integrated & engaging programs that address key development areas.Be directly accountable to internal clients as a Learning Partner/Program Manager, responsible for program effectiveness, business impact & employee experience.Manage formal & informal communications for leadership & learning interventions to drive awareness, design & uptake.Facilitate programs as per need, specifically curated/tailored engagements.Own & manage capability building linked to MBRDI's Leadership Competency Framework.In partnership with HRBPs & Senior Leaders, identify future skills or reskilling where applicable.Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen the learning culture at MBRDI.Develop a pool of internal facilitators for flagship programs.Identify, evaluate, develop & maintain relationships with external Service Providers/Experts.Monitor & evaluate effectiveness of learning interventions/programs.Collaborate with all HR colleagues & Business Leaders to strengthen these.Strengthen manager & staff capability to conduct effective performance, development & career conversations through multi-tiered programs & interventions.What you need to succeed: Strong Consulting & Partnership skills to effectively communicate, diagnose, design & facilitate interventions that support talent assessment & development, performance management, succession planning, change management & coaching.Certifications in instructional design, psychometric assessments, coaching, organizational development & facilitation are preferred.Flexible & positive attitude, calm under pressure, demonstrable success working with teams & on multiple projects with changing priorities.Demonstrable record of accomplishment of sustained high performance & customer delight.Ability to influence business stakeholders to build credibility & demonstrate subject matter expertise.Curate & design interventions, along with an understanding of measuring effectiveness.Analyze & interpret data to provide insights, actions & programmatic recommendations.Organized, result & delivery oriented.Qualifications: Education & Experience: Master's degree in Organizational Behavior, HR Management or related field preferred. Certifications in developmental psychometrics preferred.12 + years of experience, with a minimum 4 years Consulting with businesses in the Behavioral & Leadership Development space.Organization: Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India Private Limited
