Netrix Global is looking for a Human Resources Generalist who is responsible for the application of Human Resources principles, practices and tools that support the execution of business strategy and provide a positive work environment. A key area of impact is assisting the Manager of Human Resources with the execution of day-to-day activities. This role is accountable for the administration of policies and procedures, general employee service, HR administration and process improvement support.
How You Will Make An ImpactReceives HR-related inquiries, including PTO (Personal Time Off), benefits, taxes, and other HR policies, and derives the consultations of collaborators with specialists in the sector for their resolution.Collaborates with the onboarding process for new hires.Prepares offer letters and offer packages for candidates.Manages day-to-day HR administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate employee records, updating HR databases, and handling employee documentation.Ensures complete confidentiality in the treatment of the team member's different topics and transparency in the execution of the processes.Supports Exit Process: Prepare various documentation, send to employees and process returned documents, notify 3rd party vendors and finance as needed.Provides to finance team with all the information that the process required to ensure payment and release.Assists with employee engagement initiatives, events and programs to enhance the employee experience.What You Will Bring To The TableBachelor's degree or advanced student in human resources or related discipline1-2 years of experience in Human ResourcesResidence in Buenos Aires: This ensures support and coverage for events, employee onboarding, work-from-office days, and similar activities.In-depth knowledge of local employment laws and understanding of application to HR practices, policies, and programsIn depth skills and discipline within all areas of Human ResourcesAbility to partner with and support people at all levels of the organizationExpert proficiency in ExcelAbility to juggle multiple projects and tasks at the same timeStrong attention to detailExcellent written and oral communication skills (Spanish and English)LocationShift: 9 a.m to 6 p.m from Monday to FridayWhat We OfferSwiss Medical: SMG-30 (family members included).AWS certifications.Internet and connectivity.Competitive salary and benefits.Ability to work remotely.An awesome learning environment for you to develop.About UsAt Netrix Global our values are the philosophies and principles that we live by.
