Apoyara 50% Chile CQNYou will deliver HR value chains ranging from energizing organization and evolving culture, building next-gen leadership pipeline, to consistent employee / manager experience, talent management (AP band & below), and sustain a dynamic L culture while delivering daily agenda related with employee experience to the business.Location : Argentina / Santa Fé - Venado TuertoKey Accountabilities- Partner with key leaders on the execution of moderately complex local people and culture plans.- Support the identification and implementation of solutions to improve performance, engagement, recruiting and retention to increase productivity and mitigate people risks for the plant while also building an inclusive culture.- Support execution of workforce plans, learning programs, talent acquisition activities and other talent programs and projects at the location.- Communicate and adopt complex diversity, equity and inclusion policies and practices in plant locations.- Leverage moderately complex reports and dashboards to measure and analyze human resources and business performance metrics at plant locations.- Respond to employee and manager inquiries received on site and identify themes, triage every day grievance matters, partner with essential teams to investigate serious and sensitive matters and manage on site audits.Provide support to plants supervisors and employees, act as the first point of contact for related questions, onboard new employees, triage every day grievance matters support leave management and manage on site audits- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.- Other duties as assignedLI-AMORALESLI-HybridQualificationsMinimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a related field- Solid related work experience- Fluency in English desired- Knowledge in labor law concept and its applications- Other minimum qualifications may applyAt Cargill, everyone matters and everyone counts.
