In this role, you'll assist with reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, maintaining HR records, and helping with onboarding. You'll also support the HR team by sourcing candidates and tracking employee training progress. Job Responsibilities: Overseeing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are accurately completed. Maintaining and updating HR files and records with a high level of confidentiality and precision. Addressing employee questions and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures. Coordinating interview schedules and maintaining clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Collecting, reviewing, and verifying timesheets and attendance records, and ensuring payroll data is entered correctly. Assisting in conducting regular audits to ensure HR procedures comply with company policies and relevant legal standards. Managing HR databases, ensuring data is up-to-date and secure. Monitoring and tracking employee training programs and ensuring timely completion. Supporting the recruitment team and HR Manager in sourcing and screening candidates from various job boards. Taking an active role in conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and providing feedback. Offering ideas and input to improve HR processes and workflow within the department. Ideal Candidate: Required Attributes: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficient in using web and mobile applications with ease. Strong desire to continuously learn and improve. Exceptional customer service skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to multitask effectively. Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. A collaborative team player with strong self-motivation and good judgment. Dependable high-speed internet for IP telephony and phone communication.
