Hr And General Affairs Manager

Responsibilities:Guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs.Supervises Recruitment and Selection, Employee Relations, and Payroll.Designs and implements a comprehensive job evaluation system for performance management.Ensures compliance with regulatory concerns regarding employees.Develops and documents policies.QUALIFICATIONS: Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Social Science/Sociology, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.Required language(s): English, Filipino.Deep understanding of Philippine Labor Laws and Regulations.Experience managing a small group of staff.Familiarity with all sections of HR & GA Department including payroll processing.Required skills: Strong Interpersonal Skills, Leadership Skills, Organizational Skills, Decision Making Skills, Communication Skills.Preferably a Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.At least 10 years related work experience, with at least 5 years in the same field.Resident of Cavite, or willing to relocate to Cavite.Job Type: Permanent
