The OpportunityReporting to the HR Manager, this generalist role will enable you to be a key player in managing day-to-day HR operations, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations. Some of the key responsibilities you would be involved in include:
Execute and manage the national employee recruitment process including advertising, conducting interviews, reference checks and execution of the employment contractsEnsuring an exceptional onboarding experience for our newest team membersAdvise managers on employee relations matters such as coaching, performance, grievances, absenteeism and award interpretationProvide support and guidance to the business regarding salary and benefits for employees as well as award entitlementsProvide and analyse HR metrics for the business as required including exit survey data, turnover, headcount, stay interviews and other reportsCoordinate and support the annual remuneration review processSupport with maintaining and updating HR systemsSupporting activities and projects across the People & Capability team that enable a positive workplace culturePerform a variety of HR administrative activities including maintaining position descriptions, policies, and procedures, maintenance of employment records including creation of employment letters and contractsKeeping up to date with changes in employment law and best practices, ensuring the company's policies and procedures are up to date.The IndividualTertiary qualification within Human Resources or equivalent3+ years' experience within HR, with a solid understanding of labour laws and employee relations practicesYou are a proactive problem-solver with great attention to detailExposure and experience with recruitment and HR Systems will be advantageousYou have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across all levels of the organisation.Don't miss this opportunity - apply now!
