Job Title: Healthcare Sales Representative

Company Overview:Insight Therapy Solutions is a rapidly growing mental healthcare organization dedicated to improving the well-being of individuals and communities through innovative mental healthcare solutions. As we continuously expand our reach to provide quality healthcare services to those in need, we seek a dedicated Healthcare Sales Representative who shares our passion for positively impacting people's lives.

Job Description:

- Answering inbound calls, replying to emails,
and performing outbound calls for missed calls
- Reaching out to clients by phone, email, and fax
- Contacting and persuading clients on the waitlist to schedule talk therapy sessions with available therapists who match their needs
- Developing rapport with clients by demonstrating a friendly, caring, and helpful manner to put them at ease
- Understanding clients through quality conversations
- Collecting necessary demographic and insurance information, and handling referrals and clinical history to match clients with the most suitable provider/therapist
- Accurately recording all information in the system/s in real-time
- Utilizing an EHR system to schedule appointments, record client information during the intake process, and update stored information as necessary
- Communicating regularly with key referral sources to ensure proper placement
- Handling other tasks as assigned by management

Skills/Knowledge:

- Strong sales, persuasion, and organizational skills
- Excellent English language proficiency, written and spoken
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills,
including written and oral communication skills
- Experience in B2B sales is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Ability to adapt to industry changes in policies and procedures
- Ability to quickly learn, adapt, and navigate different software, such as TheraNest, EZ Claim, Google Workspace, Ring Central, Zoho, etc.
- Strong analytical and data-gathering skills
- Ability to work well with clients in mental or emotional distress
- Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently
- Ability to work well within a team
- Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to quickly identify and address solutions to complex situations

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Must have at least two years of prior Sales experience, preferably in US Healthcare or mental health services

- Experience in working remotely or in a BPO company is preferable

System Requirements:

- Desktop/Laptop: Your processor should be at least Intel Core i5 or higher or equivalent with 8GB of RAM
- Internet connection should have at least 10Mbps

Work Hours:

- Full-time (40 hours a week)
- Monday-Friday
- 8 AM-5 PM Pacific Time (1 hour lunch and 2 15-minute breaks)
