Danone Specialized Nutrition Malaysia is seeking for Healthcare Nutrition Key Account Manager. With our global presence, brands and business and our mission of bringing health through food to as many people as possible; we believe that people growth is a key asset to reach a sustainable business performance.
Business Owner:
• Full understanding of HCO key accounts set up and organization from mission to HCO KPIs via establishment of blueprint. Key point of contact for major accounts.
Strategic Advisor:
• Build and leverage relationships with HCO Key decision makers/ department in purpose of delivering Danone's mission to HCO.
Ability to represent Danone in showcasing relevancy of our products to the need of the patients. Key deliverables is to establish new level or partnership/ breakthrough with HCO that benefits business and customers.
Solution Architect:
• Anticipate customer needs / explore opportunities and work closely with HN strategy or Science team in consulting teams to develop tailored solutions or program/ plan for complex business challenges. Focus on joint-value creation plan.
Business Development:
Customer Satisfaction Champion:
• Monitor customer satisfaction, ensuring we deliver on our promises.
• Possess a recognized degree or equivalent preferably in Science related discipline. Qualified dietitian or other relevant healthcare professional background an added advantage.
• Preferably at least 3 to 5 years within HCN Solution functions with experience networking/ liaising with HCPs. Previous sales and territory and Key Account Management experience (1+ years) strongly preferred.
• Experience in managing sales such as Pharmaceutical Sales, Medical Channel etc. is an added advantage.
• Good in product science.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
