You will be working on international consulting projects within the healthcare industry.
Your role will include: Solving complex business problems and making recommendations to address them.Collaborating on consulting projects focused on international markets, working closely with other consultants and project managers in our global offices.Conducting primary research with healthcare professionals, industry players, industry associations, and national agencies; you will be expected to conduct research interviews (phone and in-person) in English and other languages that you are fluent in.Conducting secondary research across large datasets and information from various sources.Analyzing data to support the development of market models, financial models, economic impact models, health-economic models, and product adoption and acceptance models.Developing market landscape presentations, opportunity assessments, market entry strategies, product positioning analyses, and commercial effectiveness assessments, among others.Participating in meetings and presentations to clients.Engaging in regular global training modules and required pharmacovigilance training (internal and client-specific).Candidate profile To succeed in this role, you will have at least 2 years of verifiable experience as a consultant, researcher, and/or marketing professional in the healthcare industry or related professional services.
You are also likely to have: An advanced degree in a scientific and/or business discipline (Ph.D., PharmD, MBA, health economics, and/or health sociology with quantitative research experience is a plus).Fluency in English is required; fluency in Portuguese is important; proficiency in other languages is a plus.Experience in management consulting, international strategic marketing, product development, market access, business intelligence, and/or competitive intelligence.Flexibility to work within multicultural, interdisciplinary, and global teams.Self-motivated and able to work conscientiously.Goal-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.Experience working in the private sector is a plus.Candidates with a medical degree are welcome to apply, provided they have proven experience conducting quantitative and qualitative research.Seniority levelAssociate
