Responsibilities: Negotiate terms and conditions of job offers Spot trends in talent acquisition, understand our competition and come up with ways to find good candidates. In charge of the hiring process, which includes finding, screening, testing, interviewing and choosing candidates who are qualified for different job levels. Review and enhance job descriptions to attract top-quality candidates. Actively look for potential candidates via different methods like job websites, referrals and recommendations. Generate regular reports on recruitment activities. Use different ways to publicize job openings. Make sure job descriptions are appealing to attract the best candidates. Requirements Proven work experience as a Headhunter, Recruiter, or similar role. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Effective organizational and time management skills. Work with integrity and high-level confidentiality with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Strong sense of responsibility. Motivated and persistent in meeting goals. Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media, niche professional websites and recruitment tools. Strong decision-making skills.
