Knowledge, skills & abilities
- Ability to use market intelligence and marketing data to develop go-to-market sales strategies using key media representations of Aleph in LATAM
- Good understanding of performance (web conversions & app installs) and brand-building marketing strategies focusing on Digital Natives & Exporters vertical segments
- Strategic thinker who can see the big picture and can prioritize AAA sales opportunities accordingly
- Ability to work cross-functionally with local sales teams as well as leverage global resources like Customer Success, Brand Strategy, Marketing & Global Performance Unit
- Knowledge (business models, challenges,
barriers to entering new markets, media strategies) of key industries like e-commerce, gambling, financial services, crypto and gaming
- Experience working with LATAM markets
- Business advisor and problem solver "can do" mentality
What You'll do
- Define GTM strategy for specific regions and verticals by creating compelling commercial propositions leveraging internal & external data
- Identify, prioritize and secure AAA business opportunities in LATAM region
- Work with a suite of C-level executives to understand client business & marketing needs
- Create persuasive sales presentations & case studies
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute strategic sales & marketing initiatives
- Position IMS by Aleph as enabler of business growth & digital transformation for key business segments
Qualifications
- BA/BSc in economics, social sciences,
statistics or similar
- Minimum 3 years working experience with social media like Meta, TikTok, Snap or Twitter
- Ability to work autonomously by leveraging analytical and strong quantitative skills
- Deep knowledge of LATAM digital marketing landscape
- Understanding of major advertising success metrics
- Experience translating business insights into go-to-market sales strategies
- Excellent presentation & communication skills
