We are searching for a Head of P&C. This is a hands-on leader who provides inspirational leadership and guidance at all levels of the organization, being hyper-focused on Factored's culture and people engagement. This role is a key business partner and trusted advisor to all Factored and brings expertise in P&C to continue building a world-class workplace. The Head of P&C will report to our COO and will help shape scalable Factored's culture, People programs, structures, and processes.

What we are trying to achieve is excellence.You are passionate and mission driven.Global thinker able to capture, understand, and navigate cultural nuances.Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute P&C strategies aligned with Factored's goals.Serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team.Partner with all areas at all levels to understand business and people needs.Culture & Engagement: Act as Factored's biggest fan and ambassador.Drive cultural initiatives that foster employee engagement and retention.Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.Identify the most effective ways to understand our people's state of mind.Measure the employees' engagement through formal and informal sensing.Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.Lead P&C aspects of organizational change initiatives.Organizational Design/Development: Lead initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.Work with functional leaders in the need detection process for new roles.Talent Management: Lead strategies for talent development, succession planning, and performance management.Perform a continued assessment of the efficiency and effectiveness of the Annual Performance Review Process.Promote a culture of performance management that goes beyond a process.Work cross-functionally in the creation and revision of career paths.Identify employee needs that can be addressed through training programs.People Operations: Propose and implement processes, policies, best practices, and systems.Utilize People analytics to influence important decision-making.Leverage the HRIS to produce an excellent employee experience.Lead the evolution of the Employee Onboarding Process.Identify efficiency opportunities in terms of cost and time.Manage US payroll and administer the benefits of US employees.Employee Relation and Compliance: Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.Support people leaders and employees in addressing concerns and complaints.Address retention cases with steadfast resolution.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or related field required.10+ years of progressive experience in People & Culture leadership roles.Experience working in a multinational environment.Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.Bilingual English/Spanish is a MUST.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations in the US and Latam.At Factored, we believe that passionate, smart people expect honesty and transparency.
