With a growing client base across the US, Latin America, and Europe, we are expanding in the US, targeting community banks, Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) providers, and credit unions, offering a plug-and-play solution designed for agility and scalability.
Chaindots is seeking a proactive and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance brand visibility.
This role focuses on expanding our customer base in the USA, specifically targeting community banks, Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) providers, and credit unions.
You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to ensure our marketing efforts align with the company's vision and objectives.
Key Responsibilities Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to grow the customer base in the USA, with a focus on community banks, BaaS providers, and credit unions.Strategic Collaboration: Work with the CEO and leadership team to define and execute a marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals.Positioning and Messaging: Develop a deep understanding of our customers to craft positioning strategies and messaging for our platform and solutions.Lead Generation: Design and implement effective B2B marketing strategies for lead generation, including LinkedIn optimization and outbound campaigns.Content Creation: Create and distribute engaging content to increase brand awareness, foster engagement, and generate leads.Event Management: Coordinate and manage Chaindots' participation in relevant industry events to maximize visibility and lead generation.Strategic Partnerships: Identify and develop partnerships that align with Chaindots' growth objectives and drive business opportunities.Data-Driven Analysis: Use analytics and metrics to evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.Must have! Over 10 years of experience in marketing, business growth, go-to-market strategies, and partnership development.Strong business and market understanding, with deep industry expertise in financial services or technology.Proven ability to manage and optimize LinkedIn for lead generation and brand visibility.Experience in outbound campaigns, content marketing, and building strategic partnerships to drive business growth.Exceptional creative thinking to develop innovative marketing strategies and solutions.Strong analytical and communication skills, with a results-driven and strategic approach.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in English and Spanish.This role demands a strategic, creative, and results-oriented professional who can align marketing initiatives with business objectives and foster meaningful partnerships to accelerate growth.Nice to have Knowledge of our industryCompetitive USD salary
