We are currently looking for a Head of Maintenance and Engineering to lead their team.
This position will be responsible for overseeing the comprehensive Maintenance team and efficiently managing the department's resources.
Key Responsibilities:Developing the department's annual budget, controlling expenses, and analyzing deviations.Creating improvement plans to enhance operational efficiency, capacity, and management at the plants.Drafting the Annual Corrective and Predictive Maintenance Plan.Designing work plans for the team and monitoring the results.Establishing the Health & Safety strategy and liaising with external consultants and official bodies (such as labor risk insurers).Developing a technical training plan for the department's staff.Preparing technical documentation for the Purchasing department to facilitate vendor contracting processes.Monitoring the inventory of department assets (equipment, tools, spare parts, assigned vehicles, etc.
).What do we value:Experience: Minimum of 5 years in similar roles.Academic Background: Technical or university degrees in related fields, such as Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Industrial Engineering.Preferred Skills: Proficiency in Project Management tools and AutoCAD, knowledge of SAP (MM module).Location: Greater Buenos Aires (AMBA), Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.Direct and permanent employment with the company.Competitive compensation aligned with the market, along with a robust benefits package.Don't miss the opportunity to join a well-established company with a committed team and strong values.
