The Talent Manager will play a crucial role in identifying, recruiting, and retaining top talent for our company.
This position will focus on building a strong pipeline of candidates and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the unique needs of our industry and the ability to attract and retain individuals who embody our values of reliability, professionalism, and courtesy.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Recruiting :
Create and update job descriptions for open positions.
Candidate Screening :
Conduct initial phone interviews to pre-screen candidates.
Interview Coordination :
Set up in-person interviews with local managers for qualified candidates.
Onboarding Checklist :
Create and manage an employee onboarding checklist to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
Onboarding Assistance :
Work with local management to ensure successful onboarding of new hires.
Training :
Team Training Support : Assist local managers with the development, preparation, and execution of weekly training sessions for their teams.
Leadership Training :
Create and lead weekly Leadership Training sessions for the management team.
Operating Manual Management :
Organize and enhance the company's Operating Manual,
turning it into a living database that includes checklists, training videos, and other essential information about how our business operates.
Requirements :
- 3 to 5 years of experience in talent management, recruitment, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in recruiting and hiring local American talent, preferably in blue-collar industries.
- Experience in training and development at an executive level.
- Language Skills : Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems .
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations .
- Strong Wi-Fi connection, modern work equipment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite .
Preferred Experience :
- Experience in Dropbox, Notion, and Microsoft Suite.
- Experience in the waste removal and drain cleaning industry is a plus .
- Preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field .
