As Head of Financial Services, your main challenge will be to structure the company's new business unit, in addition to cultivating and improving relationships with customers and partners. The professional will also be responsible for forming and leading a high-performance team combined with planning objectives and analyzing results, aiming to build and develop the operation. Main responsabilities: Develop the Business Plan for the Group's Investment and Financial Services Structure; Structure the Market Strategy for relationships with potential partners and suppliers; Submit the business model to be implemented for approval by the board and CEO; Add market knowledge to outline the strategy to be applied, in accordance with the objectives established for the operation; Recruit, select and develop the team; Generate traditional and innovative sources of revenue; Be responsible for the Business Unit (BU) budget, considering the overall result; Have knowledge about financial investment products, structured operations and rules and policies of the Central Bank (Bacen); Act commercially, aiming to prospect and acquire new customers; Establish relationships with peers, seeking solutions for your business and the company; Develop policies for commercial and marketing areas; Implement relationship processes with the segmented target audience. Requiriments: Completed degree; Certifications relating to the financial market will be considered differentials; Having worked in financial services companies and family-owned businesses; Experience in structuring and managing a new business unit.
