Apply today and join the Pandas What You Will Do: Improve financial processes, identify and manage financial risks; Monitor daily cash balances to optimize cash levels and minimize idle funds, and develop cash flow forecasts to anticipate future financial needs; Deliver budgets management, ensuring alignment with set goals; Company policies overview, achievement of goals and objectives in order to affect financial oversight in protecting the company's assets; Manage portfolio of investments to balance risk and return according to organization's strategy and risk tolerance; Coordinate with banks to manage accounts, services, and transactions. Negotiate terms and fees with financial institutions to ensure cost-effective services; Provide timely and accurate financial reports to management for decision-making; Manage and develop the growing team of finance specialists; Managing an end-to-end audit process of current systems – while acting as the first point of contact for external auditors; Establish and maintain policies for cash management, investment, and risk management . What We Expect: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field 5 years experience in financial management Deep knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, risk management, financial reporting, auditing coordination, financial planning and finance strategy development Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, and initiative; Excellent MS Excel skills; Fluent at communicating in spoken and written English.
