Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies that support the companys mission and goals in coding education for kids. Oversee and manage all operational departments including curriculum development instruction marketing and customer service. Ensure efficient utilization of company resources to deliver highquality educational programs. Monitor key performance metrics and drive operational efficiencies across all programs and initiatives. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including parents educators and community partners. Ensure the financial stability and growth of the organization through effective budgeting and resource allocation. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall learning experience. Qualifications: Proven experience as a COO or similar operational leadership role preferably in the education or edtech sector. Strong background in strategy development and execution in a fastpaced growthoriented environment. Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Outstanding communication interpersonal and negotiation abilities. Solid problemsolving and decisionmaking skills with a focus on delivering results. Experience in financial management budgeting and resource allocation. Commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization. Proficiency in English language.
