Your Mission as Head of Accounting: You will be a key player in building and delivering the financial function of this high-growth business. Reporting directly to our C-Suite, the successful candidate will oversee the accounting, treasury and payroll, ensuring seamless and efficient global financial operations across its global footprint. The role involves line management of a small team of accounting staff, whilst also remaining hands on as required.
You will be working on: CSGORoll— the world's #1 skin gaming site. A community social gaming platform specifically designed for CS2 players, featuring unique in-house custom-built games, such as Roulette, Crash, Unboxing, and PVP. HypeDrop— a leading gamified shopping platform, where over 500,000 users experience the excitement of real-time mystery box openings, box battles, and customizable deals. You will: Lead the accounting, Treasury, Tax and Payroll processes, ensuring full compliance with local and international regulations. Build and improve reporting systems and financial processes to support the company's efficiency and performance. Prepare and oversee the timely delivery of accurate financial statements, reporting and tax filings. Own the payroll process, ensuring all processes are kept up to date and relevant procedure maps exist. Introduce new improved processes where necessary. Oversee the company's global cash management and liquidity strategy, including developing and implementing robust treasury policies and procedures to optimize cash flow. Prepare and monitor Treasury Operations reports, currency exposure, interest rate risks, and other financial risks, implementing appropriate hedging strategies. Work closely with other finance and wider company leaders to ensure that our approach aligns with the wider goals of the business. Support wider business initiatives with a specific focus on financial and budget implications. You will excel in this role if you possess: Professional finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent). Minimum of 5 years of relevant accountancy leadership experience, ideally within a high-growth or multinational environment. Strong financial modelling skills and expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and management accounts. Advanced analytical skills with experience in handling complex data sets and turning them into actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to senior stakeholders. Proactive problem solver with a strategic mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Highly developed organisational skills as will be working towards tight deadlines. A proactive, self-starting attitude with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience in the iGaming, fintech, or cryptocurrency sectors is a strong advantage.
