Guidewire Business Analyst Lead

100% remote position for Argentina and LATAM

Working hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM (GMT -3)

Responsibilities :

- Conduct thorough business analysis to understand clients' requirements and translate them into technical specifications

- Lead the implementation and integration of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions
- Ensure the alignment of Guidewire Cloud standards with project implementations
- Collaborate with teams of engineers, developers, and stakeholders to execute projects and tasks effectively
- Develop and enforce guidelines, standards, and procedures to ensure best practices in Guidewire implementation
- Provide training and support to team members on PolicyCenter functionalities and processes
